Rob Bell Wants on Your iPod

By on March 23, 2010

Rob Bell is a gifted and amazing communicator.  Everything he touches just seems to drip with his giftedness too.  The Nooma videos (and discussion guides) that he’s produced are no exception.  They are out of this world and they are quite possibly some of the best stories/visual sermons/videos that you’ll ever see.  That’s why we were excited to learn that you can get all of the available Nooma videos on your iPod touch or iPhone via iTunes.

To be clear, they’re not just videos.  Each Nooma story is actually an app in the app store that allows you to watch the video and then view the discussion guides (leader and participant guides are both included).

This looks pretty cool.  We must admit, however, that $4.99 per Nooma seems a little steep.  We think it should be somewhere more in the $2 bucks range.  (What do you think of the cost?  Does it seem right to you?)

You can see the entire list of available Nooma apps/videos here.

NOTE:  It looks like the app won’t work for first gen iPod touch users.

Here are some screen shots…
