Long wait times on hold are not only annoying but they are also a huge drain on your time and productivity. Thankfully, the folks over at FastCustomer have designed a beautiful app to help set you free from this hold hell.
This iOS and Andriod app is free but it’s priceless when you need it. Watch this video to see just how easy it is.

I can’t wait to try this. I will need it when I call my ISP and tell them my internet is too slow. I’m already imaging how this can be helpful when they start putting me on hold and passing the buck. Great idea by these two.
