The kind folks over at Twitter have released their hot topics list for 2011.  It’s basically a collection of top five (or more) lists for everything under the sun.  The topics include top hashtags, movies, sports, music, and tv shows mentioned in tweets over the year.  This is a great resource for pastors wanting to better understand the culture to which they are called communicate.

Interestingly, it seems that Steve Jobs isn’t on the list anywhere.  Surely his death was a major trending topic this year.
