If I could recommend only one book for church planters and pastors to read it would have to be a book by Bil Cornelius and Bill Easum entitled Go Big: Lead Your Church to Explosive Growth. It is without a doubt the best book this type out there today. I'm continually amazed that this this doesn't get more press. It's an instant classic.
