The official Star Wars site has made available some great pumpkin carving patterns. With this option available, why would you want your pumpkin to look like anything other than Yoda or an X-wing fighter? Of course, there are also patterns for Darth Vader, TIE fighters and the like.
Clearly the tusken raider is the most complicated pattern. You get bonus points if you actually carve that one. Yoda looks fairly easy to do, however.
